Establishing core communications materials to help fight climate change

Climate-KIC’s Community Activation team exists to empower people to use their unique expertise and passion to take action against climate change in a collective way.

They came to Radish with the goal of building a more scalable, sustainable, and streamlined approach to their internal and external communications. Following a thorough discovery process, we identified key priorities and deliverables to tackle in order to build out their communications strategy and toolkit.

Focusing on both messaging and design, we collaborated on key positioning statements, created a process graphic, audited their microsite and outlined recommendations for improvements, and designed comprehensive learning report and powerpoint templates for their core team and partners.

With Radish’s guidance, we focused on building out a comprehensive experience based on the audience, paying special attention to how both policymaker and parent would engage with FOSI’s resources without overly segmenting and siloing content.
